Originally from the fast-paced world of Wall Street finance, I made the leap into real estate and never looked back. What started as a job for a client quickly turned into a passion—I fell in love with the transactional nature of real estate, the architecture, the design, and the sheer potential of every space.

Brooklyn has been my home for the past 25 years, and my love for it began the night I had dinner with a friend in Fort Greene. I was instantly captivated by the townhouses, the history, and the unique character of each home. While I didn’t start with a formal design background, I’ve always been drawn to interiors, instinctively aware of how spaces tell stories. My childhood was shaped by remarkable architecture—French Second Empire homes, Spanish leather-walled dining rooms, and Frank Lloyd Wright-inspired houses. Even then, I was absorbing the details that would later define my approach to real estate.

Before transitioning into brokerage, I worked at Waterworks, selling high-end kitchen and bath products. There, I was trained by some of the best architects and decorators in the industry, working with an elite clientele—from Hollywood icons to legendary painters and top-tier designers. My first client? Michael Jackson and Lisa Marie Presley (though I didn’t realize it at first due to an NDA). I also worked with visionaries like Bryce Marden, Whoopi Goldberg, Ivan Reitman, and even the Mercer Hotel in SoHo.

But it wasn’t until I bought my first townhouse—a stunning but daunting French Second Empire home—that I truly immersed myself in the world of real estate. Post-9/11, with the economy in turmoil, I had no choice but to learn everything about renovation: electrical, plumbing, exteriors, roofs—you name it. The process was exhilarating and terrifying in equal measure. I negotiated with tradespeople, navigated repairs, and even balanced on second-floor beams in high heels with my best friend, envisioning the bathroom that would replace the gaping hole beneath us.

Since then, I’ve renovated five townhouses, each project deepening my expertise in design, construction, and the nuances of historic Brooklyn homes. Today, as a real estate broker, I bring that experience to every client—helping them see beyond the surface, unlocking potential, and maximizing value. Whether it’s buying, selling, or transforming a space, I know how to make a house not just a property, but a home.
